Not yet. The permanent instructional facility is being finalized. The OCEMS EMT program application will be submitted after the facility is secured. We are collecting interest only, with no enrollment or payment at this stage.

The target launch is November–December 2026, subject to the facility and program approval. This is tentative; exact first cohort dates have not been selected.

Base EMT tuition is $1,699, including background screening and Pacific Coast EMT uniform shirts. Students pay separately for Live Scan, NREMT examination and certification/licensing fees, and their own required pants and boots. No deposit is required; full tuition is due at enrollment. Payment plans are not currently offered.

Standalone BLS tuition is $99. EMT Refresher tuition is $275. BLS Provider certification is already included in the $1,699 initial EMT tuition. Class dates and registration availability will be announced.

The permanent instructional facility and lease are still being finalized. The final address, parking, and visiting information will be announced before classes begin.

Students must be at least 18 by the scheduled course completion date. Enrollment documents must be completed, and background-screening and health-document requirements must be met before clinical or field placement. A high school diploma or GED is not required for admission to Pacific Coast EMT.

Pacific Coast EMT is BPPE-exempt, with exemption verification valid through April 13, 2028, subject to continued compliance with its conditions. OCEMS EMT program approval has not been obtained; the application awaits the permanent facility.
